Cultivating Growth
We take pride in both what we grow and where we grow. Whether your produce is grown on our fields, in our greenhouses, organically, or locally, your produce is planted, tended, and harvested with care by our family of farmers.
Lipman Local
We are proud to partner with a network of local farmers to bring you quality produce year-round. When you buy local, you help to support families and businesses right in your own community while reducing environmental impacts.
Sustainability In Action
Our farms are powered by our sustainability practices, allowing us to calculate precisely the resources we need so that nothing goes to waste.
People First
Our people are just as important to us as our produce. We work to ensure the people who work to bring you your produce are treated fairly, equitably, and are provided resources and benefits like housing and transportation.
A Growth Mindset
As a group of people inspired to create growth, farming is at the core of what we do. Building from modest farming operations in Florida in the 1950s to thousands of acres of farmland we farm today, we take pride in tending to our land to feed our neighbors.
As we’ve grown over the decades, our priority has always been to expand our impact with fewer resources, and we’re thankful for all the partners and people who help us do that.
“We’re in one of the most mature industries known to man as an agricultural and farming company, yet have not rested on our laurels and are always looking for the next thing to improve our farming operations, from improving automation and irrigation, to increasing yields and improving seed quality.”
– Toby Purse, Chief Operating Officer
