Currently seeking CDLA drivers to operate late model tractor/trailers to deliver produce to our customers.

CDLA Compensation:

  • $24.00/hour
  • $2,500 annual potential in Safety Performance Bonuses
  • $500 bonus for every perfect roadside inspection
  • After 6 months of employment 1 weeks’ vacation
  • After 1 year of employment 2 weeks’ vacation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve HOS compliance through e-logs.
  • Backing experience within city limits (confined spaces).
  • Complete standard safety inspection of vehicles (pre/post trip).
  • Deliver produce on 53’ reefer trailers to customers in a courteous, professional manner following company policies and procedures.
  • Follow Lipman Family Farms Food Safety policies and procedures.
  • Home daily.
  • Maintain a valid CDLA License, capable of handling a combination tractor/trailer under DOT guidelines.
  • Run Oregon & Washington.
  • Virtually "NO TOUCH" freight, electric pallet jacks provided.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with HOS as needed.
  • Exceptional work and safety record.
  • One to two years of recent regional or OTR driving experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid CDLA license in current state of residence.
